Register new extenders

Templates for developing your own Extenders agents and listeners are located in THIS repository. Since Extenders uses goplugin technology, the core framework package versions and all extenders must be the same. Go Workspace technology is used to easily manage large numbers of extenders.

All actions are performed in the AdaptixServer directory.

AxTool

From the repository root, axtool installs one extender into dist/extenders and can register it in the runtime profile:

axtool adaptix.spec ext install ./AdaptixServer/extenders/new_listener_extender -f

Manual

1. Move your extenders in the AdaptixServer/extenders directory and add them to the workspace.

go work use extenders/new_listener_extender
go work use extenders/new_agent_extender
go work use extenders/new_service_extender

1. Sync Go Workspace

go work sync

1. Build the extenders and point the server profile at each config.yaml.

make extenders
